



these pictures were taken using a very high shutter speed i.e. 1/1600, 1/4000, 1/1000 all with f5.6, white balance set for cloudy and ISO 400.
The images on this post are by the University of West Florida's CLL students. I am very proud of these men and women who are grasping and running with the concepts of depth of field, f-stops and shutter speeds. Our motto is throw out the auto in our cameras! Get back to basics and learn how to create the image you want not just luck into the image you need.
Very nice job Sherry! I love how you have "calmed" the sky with the stopped action of your seagulls in your middle image and then used the stormy clouds to tell a story of war in your top image! Nicely done!
