Flash/Shadows

Well, here we are.

The first high noon picture was taken with the following settings:
ISO - 100
Exposure - 1/200
F - 4.00

The second high noon photo:
ISO - 100
Exposure - 1/200
F - 6.30

For the other photo I am showing with and without flash.
The settings were: ISO - 200; Exposure 1/200 and F- 5.60
